Your Challenge:

  • Manage and extend a portfolio of Key account customers thought in order to build OES/Key accounts business with added value that is fully in line with the overarching goal and the WOCFLOW plan2020.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • You will further develop the existing portfolio of OES/Key Accounts customers according the business plan OES/Key accounts.
  • You will develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their needs and requirements
  • Extend and upgrade the service level to customers by optimizing the technical commercial support, Supply chain management, Inventory management, easy to do business processes and so on
  • Together with the customer you will create the ideal productmix adapted to his specific needs, in line with our upselling strategies.
  • You are responsible for the pricing- negotiating contract terms and condition to meet both customer and company needs.
  • You are responsible for an optimal proces flow according to the contract terms (easy to do business, supply chain, forecast and monitoring, reporting…)


Your profile:

  • 5 to 10 years of (technical) Key account background within the (lubricants) automotive business
  • sales skills/ communication skills/ presentation skills;
  • the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively;
  • analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • English/French/German/ Dutch
  • Travel up to 30%
