Your Challenge:
  • You will (further) develop the existing portfolio of OES/Key Accounts (PC – HD & AGRI) customers according the business plan OES/Key accounts. You will develop long-term relationships with your customers, through managing and interpreting their technical requirements.
  • Extend and upgrade the service level to customers by using your technical product expertise to explain the benefits of the products and services we offer. To do this, you will give technical presentations to explain the technical aspects of the products and you will provide other technico-commercial empowerment tools.
  • Together with the customer you will create the ideal productmix adapted to his specific needs, in line with our upselling strategies.
  • You will be in charge of pricing and commercial conditions within a framework defined by your superior
  • You are key point of contact for customers and provide both pre and after-sales advice:        
  • providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • working on after-sales support services and providing technical   back up as required

Your profile:

  • 5 to 15 years of technical sales background within the lubricants automotive business
  • sales skills/ communication skills/ presentation skills;
  • the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively;
  • analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Dutch/English – good level of French
