Your Challenge:

Manage and extend a portfolio of Key account customers thought technico -commercial support in order to build OES/Key accounts business with added value that is fully in line with the overarching goal and the WOCFLOW plan2020.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will further develop the existing portfolio of OES/Key Accounts customers according the business plan OES/Key accounts.
  • You will (further) develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their technical requirements
  • Extend and upgrade the service level to customers. One of the main focus is upgrade this level of service by using your technical product expertise to explain the benefits of the products and services we offer. To do this, you will give technical presentations to explain the technical aspects of the products and you will provide other technico-commercial empowerment tools.
  • Together with the customer you will create the ideal productmix adapted to his specific needs, in line with our upselling strategies.
  • You are key point of contact for customers and provide both pre and after-sales advice:
  • providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.

Your profile:

  • 5 to 10 years of technical sales background within the (lubricants) automotive business
  • sales skills/ communication skills/ presentation skills;
  • the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively;
  • analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • English/French/German/ Dutch
  • Travel up to 50%
