Your Challenge

  • Together with the RSM BE you will define the Value Selling Strategy Indirect, translate and implement the commercial strategy into operational goals and a concrete sales action plans.
  • You will be in charge of contract negotiation and discussions regarding agreements, pricing, and commercial conditions – to define the framework agreements for these Key Accounts Indirect
  • You will respond to enquiries from the key customers, give the needed support & advice and provide them with qualitative solutions in order to guarantee long term relationships.
  • You will guide the Account Managers to implement the Value selling strategy and enable them to service the Key Accounts effectively and coach & guide them on daily basis.
  • You work together with the Product- Marketing department & give input for defining the adapted product mix (upselling-crosselling) and technico commercial training/collaterals for our distributors Wolf and Champion in Belgium.
  • You are accountable for the implementation of the Value Selling strategy Indirect Belgium via the constant follow up & monitoring of the value selling plans.
  • You are accountable for the consolidation of forecast of the Indirect Customers Belgium



Your Profile


  • A strong knowledge in sales and business development – min 8 to 10 years of experience including Key Account Management.
  • Minimum Bachelor level
  • Strong knowledge in the automotive aftermarket
  • Ability to travel, work independently and learn continuously
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application
