Your Challenge:

As Sales manager, you are responsible for the sales of our products in your region. Therefore you build strong partnerships with our existing accounts and you target new prospects with the objective to maximise the volume of product while maintaining appropriate contribution margins.


Responsibilities:

You define the local prospection and growth strategy for your countries based on the regional growth strategy and you are responsible for reaching your personal sales objectives.

You are our brand ambassador in the region. You detect new opportunities, analyze potential & set up commercial plans.

Together with the existing distributors you define the go to market strategy to activate the sales in their sell-out channels.

You visit the distributors on a regular basis and you support the sales team of the distributor by giving technical trainings & support, doing co-visits and support them in the organization of local events.

You negotiate prices & agreements and you follow up that margins are in line with regional pricing strategy.

Together with the distributor, you define how we can support him in logistics, inventory management and pricing towards his customers in the market.

You analyze sales performance and report sales numbers on regular basis.

Your Profile:

A strong interest in international business development.
Good knowledge of technical products and/or automotive.Ability to travel extensively (50%) , work independently and learn continuously.
Fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience in the African region is a must !
