Your challenge
• You support a team of account managers and you become the single point of contact for our distributors in the MEA region (for our own two brands Wolf & Champion) for all questions related to the order to cash process
• Being the key figure between the internal organization and the customers, you play an important role regarding communication between all departments involved
• You build up a strong relationship with the account managers to be able to fully support the distributors as one team
• You are fully involved in the order to cash process for the distributors: order entry, administration and billing, registration and follow-up of complaints, prepare price lists, make standard calculations, calculate costs and order lists for export, prepare export documentation, etc.
• Through your daily customer contacts, you are responsible for the translation and implementation of the commercial strategy: upselling/cross selling, push marketing and promo actions, mapping of customer data in the CRM, etc.

Your profile:
• You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• You can count on 2 to 5 years of relevant experience which allowed you to gain specific knowledge about expedition to the Africa and Middle-East region
• Familiarity with export documentation like L/C, inco-terms, inspections, etc. is a plus
• You have a strong commercial, assertive and communicative way of working
• You love to work accurate and you are result-driven
• You are fluent in English and French
• You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
